The result? In just three years, Gloria Jean’s grew its loyalty base from a small start to over 250,000 registered members. This data-driven growth and enhanced franchise value contributed to a strategic acquisition of Gloria Jean’s Coffees by Retail Food Group for AUD $163.5 million.
