Which POS brands do you support?

IQ Gecko supports every Point-of-Sale brand. Real-time transactional data from every Point-of-Sale located in one single data cloud. This is very exciting news for those using a mix of systems.​ Reports, analytics, dashboards and automated marketing are now centralised and easier.​​ ​ We integrate directly to Z Software and also connect with; Finchcorp, Uniwell, iVida, Fedelta, LotusPOS, iPOS, Triniteq, and Starrtec. Don’t worry if your POS brand isn’t listed as our SaleGrabber popup and tablet technologies allow for real-time interface syncing with 99% of POS systems worldwide (we’ll just round that up to 100%).

Who owns the customer data?

Your Customers = Your Data. Unlike many competitors, we don’t use, sell, rent, or otherwise compromise your data or your clients’ information. We believe your data is your asset - and there’s no reason to give that asset away to a solution provider. If you ever decide to leave (though we’re confident you’ll stay), you can export all of your data, including member details, points, transactions, and more. Once your data is safely exported, IQ Gecko will securely delete it from our platform.

Is IQ Gecko insured?

Yes, IQ Gecko is fully underwritten by Lloyd's through CFC and our local GSA brokers. Our insurance coverage includes Professional Liability, Network Security & Privacy Liability, Cyber Incident Response, Cyber Crime, System Damage and Business Interruption, General Liability, Loss Mitigation, Reputation and Brand Protection, as well as Court Attendance Costs. This comprehensive coverage ensures both your peace of mind and ours, offering comfort and confidence in our operations.

What hours does IQ Gecko work?

Though our usual hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., feel free to reach out anytime - chances are, we’ll pick up.
