Harley-Davidson Australasia loyalty zoomed forward at speed as they converted from an old, expensive and clunky Chip & Pin EFTPOS-style loyalty to a modern card with a click-off FOB that looks at home on any keyring.
Even with a new Card + FOB combo, IQ Gecko also reduced the card cost by around 90% which makes it a much more viable proposition to offer a Harley-Davidson rewards to every customer whether they by a new bike, belt buckle or anything else.
Each Harley-Davidson location includes the intuitive "SaleGrabber” feature that captures all PC-POS data as well as a customisable Premium Web Registration Portal and branded Apple iOS App.
