The Requirement

To better engage with their customers, BendiGo Wholefoods wanted a loyalty solution.

To gain new clients with no cost of acquisition while improving sales and profits, they also wished to add gift card capabilities. 

For fast transactions, all solution must seamlessly interface with the Uniwell brand of POS. 

The Solution

Overview:  Install ‘posIQ’ to interface with Uniwell and capture every transaction for automated loyalty points and redemptions complete with loyalty reward PLUs sent to the POS.

Use the ‘IQpython’ to add full gift card features and functionality with Uniwell POS.

Create a BendiGo branded ‘WholeFoodies’ customer registration page.  

Specifics:  While offering a touch-screen display for customer name, points and rewards, posIQ interfaces with the Uniwell POS to add extra features such as; last 10 items purchased, emailed receipts and gratitude emails - all while capturing every transaction by; date, product, place, price and purchaser.

With IQpython scripting sitting on the network server, gift cards are transacted in real-time the same as any other payment type (cash, credit card, etc). 

Workflow:  The customer workflow is as easy as the member scanning their card or phone.

For the clerk it is even easier as members earn/redeem points and gift card values by scanning their member number via card or phone while posIQ & IQ python do the rest. 


The Result

The quirky community food-store, café and garden nursery known as BendiGo Wholefoods has massively improved their customer engagement and repeat sales (and profits) with some hip tech stuff powered by IQ Gecko.
