DR Care Solutions supports Australians with their care needs by working closely with care recipients, carers, guardians, and even employers who wish to assist staff managing caregiving responsibilities.
After 30+ years in aged care industry, they had outgrown their CRM and web provider. As their database and email list grew, CRM costs soared—reaching unsustainable levels.
Facing a major auto-renewal penalty, they urgently needed a full overhaul: website, CRM, and marketing tools.
And the kicker? They needed it all done in just nine (9) days.
The Solution
Overview: With a completely refreshed logo and updated website design, IQ Gecko collaborated with the DR Care Solutions team to produce and edit video content for the new site.
As part of the website overhaul, a new dedicated platform - Aged Care Puzzle® - was also created to help users navigate the complexities of aged care.

Specifics: With the new design and collateral finalised—and a tight deadline approaching—the team quickly got to work on a staging site to replicate the refreshed look and feel, while carefully uploading new content with migrating all the older content and backlinks.
Workflow: The CRM captures details of interested parties through collateral downloads and newsletter sign-ups while managing user permissions & content in the Aged Care Puzzle® self-navigation site.
Loved ones, carers, and supporters receive personalised updates, along with stories and insights shared to educate and inspire them throughout their personal and aged care journeys.
The Result
The project delivered a cohesive digital upgrade, including a refreshed brand, redesigned website, and video content—all on a tight timeline.
Aged Care Puzzle® launched as a free membership tool, while the integrated CRM now captures key user interactions to deliver personalised, inspiring updates for carers and families.
